ICS has a familiar foundation of muscle memory, instinct and reliability that is easy to teach to everyone. ICS saves time and allows the shooter to not even look at gun sights. In fact, over half of all shootings happen at less than six feet. No sights are required when you can almost touch the attacker. ICS is a programmed method of weapons deployment that has been very successful in Israel for the last few decades. It is designed for close-quarter action and teaches the shooter to “draw, cock and shoot” a violent offender in one second or less. "I teach people how to win violent stressful encounters with a handgun. It is as simple as that, period." says Robb Hamic.

Robb started training law enforcement in 2003 after one of his officers, Johnnie Poncho Jr., was killed in the line of duty in Albuquerque, NM. Robb became frustrated at the lack of availability for professional training for professional officers of the security industry and sought out all training opportunities available. He brought the training back to his officers and those making a difference in the private and government security industries.

Fast shooting is a highly sought after skill and allows cops to win fights. We all revert to the lowest level of our own training in a deadly situation. Students will shoot 3 shots to the head from full holster deployment with no round in the chamber within 1.2 seconds or faster at the end of my training class." says Robb Hamic.

Concealed handgun licensing - Summit offers concealed handgun licensing and certified training that is acceptable in Texas and New Mexico. Texas resident CHL licensing certifies individuals to carry weapons in 29 states. Summit also teaches and certifies Non-resident individuals to get Texas state CHL licenses.
